Business & Environment highlights capabilities, breakthroughs, actors and clusters in order to contribute to increased investment and business formation in the region, and to increased exports for the region's environmental companies.

Biogas Väst
Is a regional collaborative project with the overall aim of stimulating market development within biogas production, distribution and the development of the gas-powered vehicle market.

Cleantech InWest
Is an EU-funded project run by Business Region Göteborg with the aim of making it easier for foreign companies to invest and establish operations in cleantech in the Göteborg region.

Ecoex
Together with Innovatum and the Association of Municipal Aujthorities in Sjuhärad, Skaraborg, Fyrbodal, Västra Götalandsregionen, we are conductiong a project that is intended to improve conditions for export for environmental companies in the western part of Sweden. We coordinate market activities of various kinds in interesting markets and arrange study visits where companies get the opportunity to show their products to foreign delegations.

• We bring together companies, authorities and researchers to promote business driven environmental development.
• We participate in several cooperation projects that are designed to improve products from an environmental point of view, for example chemical products and vehicle components.
• We work actively to create networks for competence development for the companies in the region.
• We keep companies updated with news from the environmental field such as opportunities for competence development, new grants, and export openings and provide buyers and decision makers with regular information about exciting new environmental solutions and products.
