Björn Litzén, Human Resources Manager at Ford Scandinavia, says that he has received very good support from Business Region Göteborg, which sent representatives to Stockholm where Ford Scandinavia was initially stationed. The representatives informed the staff that would be moving to Göteborg about the new region where they would be working. Everything from infrastructure to housing and schools was discussed. This was highly appreciated.
Litzén's opinion is that the collaboration with Business Region Göteborg has worked wonderfully. Though he is not always in direct contact with Business Region Göteborg, he has indirect contact with the company through Angereds Industriförening, for example. This has worked exceptionally well, he explains. The organization provides information about what is happening in the area and construction and changes.
