Gardens of Gothenburg 2008 - June 28 to September 28
I have already mentioned this but it is worth a reminder.

Four stunning, diverse parks each play a part in the Gardens of Gothenburg Exhibition.Gothenburg Botanical Gardens, Gunnebo House and Gardens, Liseberg Park and the Garden Society of Gothenburg (Trädgårdsföreningen) will each offer a totally different experience for visitors and there will be something of interest for everyone.

Gothenburg Masters golf tournament, September 18 - 21


Europe ´s best female golfers will visit Lycke Golf Course, 30 minutes north of Gothenburg, to contest the Gothenburg Masters from 18 to 21 September. English golfer Laura Davies is one of four players from last year´s European Solheim Cup to take to the course, which is located south of Marstrand on the Bohuslan coast.    

The Göteborg Book Fair — September 26 — 28


There will be more than 800 international and Swedish exhibitors attending the Göteborg Book Fair.   The exhibitors include Swedish and international publishers, libraries, schools and universities, municipalities, museums, antiquarians and the media.
