Changes in SwedenBIO staff from September 1 2007
Project leader Emma Berglund leaves SwedenBIO, moving on to a position as associate director of business development at Biovitrum in Stockholm. She will be succeeded by Karin Aase , presently project leader at the SME Life Science Support Office.
“We thank Emma for her valuable contributions to SwedenBIO and wish her all the best for the future", says SwedenBIO CEO Per-Erik Sandlund in a press release. “Karin´s scientific background and experiences will be a great value to SwedenBIO and its members", continues Per-Erik Sandlund.
New project leader for the SME Life Science Support Office will be Charlotta Hjerpe, who will join SwedenBIO on the 20th of August. Charlotta Hjerpe is currently at Karolinska Institutet where she defended her thesis in immunology earlier this year.
SwedenBIO is the Swedish Biotechnology Industry Organization.
