Alaska Fastigheter — a major property developer of Sisjö Köpstad, one of Sweden´s fastest growing retail parks, situated south of Göteborg, famous for trade, shipping, business, and tourism. 20 000 people visit Sisjö Köpstad daily. 150 000 people live nearby and the purchasing power is high.
