The new entry at the Port of Gothenburg, developed by NCC, welcomes the first establishment!

NCC Property Development and the large tire supplier company, Amring, has signed a lease contract. This warehouse establishment is the first one at the Port of Gothenburg´s new entry and it constitutes a facility of 26,000 square metres - one of Sweden´s largest tire warehouses. Amring will have access to the building by the end of 2012.
– It is joyful that we can attract goods intensive companies such as Amring to this area in the Port of Gothenburg. It contributes to increased flows through the harbor and strengthens the competitiveness for the Gothenburg region, says Manne Aronssson, Regional Manager, NCC Property Development. NCC’s local detailed plan in the Port of Gothenburg constitutes a total of 170,000 sqm. The 26,000 sqm building includes the warehouse but also a garage and offices.
