A successful customer event, fruitful business meetings and great interest in the Gothenburg region - those are the results of Business Regions Göteborg´s presence at the trade- and investment fair EXPO REAL. “Investors are very interested in markets with stable economy and therefore Sweden is of great interest", says Petra Sedelius, Investment Manager at Business Region Göteborg.
Being present and visualizing the Gothenburg region at EXPO REAL has been a long-term strategic goal of Business Region Göteborg for many years. This years participation was, once again, very successful with a crowded customer event, networking activities and fruitful meetings with investors. An important customer event took place on October 8. “We presented the Gothenburg region and our concept Gothenburg — Logistic Hub Scandinavia. We had about fifty visitors of which the majority were German investors. We also had several important and interesting customer meetings and really felt that this was an efficient way of meeting the right people", betonar Petra Sedelius. “We have also had a very good cooperation with the German Trade Chamber of Commerce in organizing the event", Petra Sedelius concludes.
